The calculation is based on the 5% commission and is shown excluding VAT. Payment link fees are already included in the price — there are no other hidden costs. The invoice adds 24% VAT, which a VAT-registered business reclaims as input VAT, so the real cost stays at 5%. When there are no sales, for example in winter, your cost is €0.
The time saving assumes an average booking of €85 and that handling one booking manually (correspondence, confirmations, invoices) takes about 35 minutes, with the owner's time valued at €25/h. The net gain shows how much more you actually keep once both the monetary value of the time saved and the Touringery cost are taken into account.
